Trouble with finding the error in mathcad

Hello, I'm trying to write a program in Mathcad to find resistance values in a circuit that would yield desired node voltages using the Hook - Jeeves algorithm, however it doesn't seem to be working - it returns the same values as entered. I would appreciate help in finding the error.
