I have a Trumpf V320 Press Brake that has a problem, anyone have any ideas, Trumpf Service is stumped on this one. The ram comes down to the mute point and stops. We can manual force it down or hit the retract button and it goes back up. We aren't getting any error messages. If we change the mute point it does the same thing. Any ideas would be helpful.

HI rphillips
I AM NOT SURE IF YOUR PRESS BRAKE IS CNC CONTROLED BUT IT
SOUNDS LIKE YOUR BOTTOM DEAD POINT IS THE SAME AS YOUR
MUTE POINT CHECK. LAUNDRY.

Thanks Laundry for the idea, just sorry to say that wasn't it. Just for your general information the Press is CNC.
