Has anyone done square tube bending with a three roller system? This is where a straight square/rectangular tube is passed through a set of rollers which induces a curve in the tube.

Also does anyone know of good reference material on this subject?

Thanks

Maybe one solution it can be put sandy into the tube and try to make the bending. Do you understand me?

I've done something very similar a long time ago using ABAQUS/Explicit. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Try initially modelling the rollers with rigid surfaces and push the tube through with a force or prescribed displacement on the free end. The initial bite is hardest to establish, after that it's plain sailing.

Take advantage of symmetry to reduce model size and use mass scaling to reduce run time.
