I'm using STAADIII. Whenever I use UBC load as sole primary load, ie, Ex. Load 3 UBC load X 1, and LOad 4 Ubc load z 1,
print support reactions resulted to zero reactions for this particular primary loads. Isn't it that UBC load should generate support reactions?

isn't STAAD-III like 8 years old?! What UBC are you using - UBC 85? It should print support reactions. But I am referring to the latest version. Maybe need to upgrade.

try using de seismic load first; load 1 ubc x 1, and load 2 ubc load z 1

Thanks a lot. I've tried your suggestion but still use the resulting lateral load as shown on "print load data" as joint load acting on x and z-axis.
