UG NX6 Sheet Metal

Hello All,
I am in need of a tutorial for UG NX6 and more importantly a tutorial on utilizing the sheet metal. program.

Do you have access to NX6? If so, check to see if CAST is available (Help menu -> Training). It is a package of tutorials for using NX.

That's the problem.........I have an interview scheduled next week and I want to brush up on UG before then. And no I do not have access to UG at this time.

Do you have experience with another CAD sheetmetal other than NX?

Yes......I have used Solid Edge sheet metal exposure

Your Solid Edge experience should be a benefit to you - I assume that the NX sheet metal is not much differnt than that.
I don't think there is any free training that you can get, but maybe check with a Tech College near you to see if they have NX - they may let you play with it.
It has been a few years since I used NX sheet metal - so I can't give any tips that could have benefitted you.

I don't have a tutorial but attached are a few 'snapshots' from the NX help file.
They will give you a 'teaser' of what Sheet Metal can do - although I've only dabbled with this and I'm sure you'll find more functions once you delve into it.
Hopefully you can assimilate your Solid Edge experience with this.
