Unable to delete components from certain workstation

Unable to delete components (from any assembly) on 1 of our workstations (NX7.5.5), where possible to delete from other workstations.
Have tried all component deleting options, no constraints or arrays, updated NX7.5.3 to NX7.5.5.
When delete is attempted, simply deselects component but still remains without error.
Anyone suggestions please.

Maybe a dumb answer, but is the delete button on the keyboard of that particular machine broken?

Does that workstation have "rights" to the assembly module?

Instead of deleteing the component try just "cutting" it (and not pasting)

Unfortunately drop down menu & right click delete result the same as keyboard delete.

Strangely enough i've used this workstation to build/save assemblies, adding and deleting components prior to yesterday - same assembly rights (license bundles, write access locations, Userlogin etc).

Out of office at moment so will try "Cut only" option Monday, from memory this still leaves component displayed in assy tree, just suppressed?.

Maybe it is something related to what Micky said, try plugging in a new keyboard to see if that helps.
