I am trying to model a scaled model for a tractor semi-trailer on MSC ADAMS car, in addition I have the same model in reality and I moved it and record the 6 degrees of freedom.

I will then compare between my experimental model (the real one) and the simulation model to validate the simulation model.

After the validation I will connect this model with a control system (co-simulation) with Simulink model.

I divided the tractor to seven sub-systems (front wheels, rear wheel first axle, rear wheel second axle, chassis rigid body, front steering, front suspension, rear suspension)

I didn’t model the semi-trailer yet as I need to see if the tractor will be successful, then I will model the trailer.

I change all the property files for the springs, dampers, bushing, tire model to be as same as the scaled data.

I test each system separately on ADAMS view and it didn’t give me any error

When I combine all of them together as a full vehicle assembly, then single lane change it gives me error.

I tried to see what is wrong but I couldn’t understand my fault.

I attached a folder contains everything of my model.

I hope you can help me to understand what is my fault.

I wouldn't start with single lane change. Try straight line maintain. If it won't run that then post the error message here.

I don't have a powertrain but anyway I run the simulation and it gives me the same error

I don't know what is wrong with the frame and tire.

So the solver has not been able to assemble your model. Try using a Static Funnel.
