Hello, this is my first post on here and was hoping someone may be able to help me identify a roof system. I am working on analyzing some roofs for RTU replacements and one of the buildings is a PEMB with a lattice type roof system that I have never seen before. If anyone knows of any information that may be able to point me in a good direction it would be appreciated.

tectum deck on a space truss.

you will likely have a hard time showing this working for new load unless the unit weighs 10-15psf. thats been my experience with these systems and with the amount of effort it'd take to analyze vs the budget we can actually charge.

Try using google image search next time.....

ETA - well that was an epic fail. I tried it and it really didn't find anything besides really odd stock photo sites of older roof structures.

Thank you all for the information that you have provided.

Even if you figure out who made it, you're going to have a very hard time getting any design information. These PEMB companies don't share files (they're lost, there was a fire, a flood, a plague of locusts, etc.), and they're very wary about giving out information. there's a slim possibility that the owner of the building kept the submittal and kind it, or the EOR will share, but that's unlikely.
I'm not just venting, but advising you, ebukky, to have a plan B on this. It might be as complicated as measuring thicknesses of the three-dimensional trusses or as simple as increasing footprints so the loads are less than the design load.
