Updating CPD Core samples

I've found that CPD core samples under the Stacking node are not updating with the rest of the CatPart. I've got very many core samples in my model. I've tried to right click on the 'Core Samples' node and select update, but only the top on updates. I've tried group selecting and local update; same thing; just the top one updates. Looks like that only way is to update EACH individual one at a time. This is crazy, is there a way to make all of the Core Samples update automatically/at one time?????
