Feb 7, 2021 #5 LittleInch Petroleum Mar 27, 2013 21,339 Not much in it. Steel can corrode if you don't protect it or prevent condensation forming, PE doesn't. PE can creep, say and get brittle. PE is a little easier to cut and insert a repair or new connection, but steel not far behind. Very vague question with no information so equally vague answer.
