Using stiffeness in the nozzle of the vessel

Hello,
I have a Caesar ii stress file for checking.
In the file in the intersection between nozzle and vessel stiffness values have been written.
I have a question about where these values come from.
No nozzle flex check box have been marked.
Can anyone explain this case, please?

This sounds like someone performed a "nozzle stiffness" evaluation outside of CAESAR II, then input the stiffnesses. The origin of these values should have been provide - check the "title page". If there are no notes, I'd suggest going back to whomever gave you the model and ask.

Agreed with Richard.

Whoever put the analysis together should be able to give you a source (such as a Nozzle Pro run) for the flexibilities that they've entered into the calc file.

If you're the responsible checking engineer, then you should be the one directing what tools are being used on your project.
