Those levels of V, Bi, and Ga will have no effect on the properties of an aluminum alloy extrusion. The standard composition allowance for "other" elements is 0.05% maximum for any individual element or 0.15% maximum the total. Even high purity grades usually only specify Ga as 0.03% max and V as 0.05% max, so as you can see, these particular amounts are considerably lower than standard commercial limits.
