Vba lost password-Excel!

I have forgotten my password on my old file. I need to use it on our upcoming project. please help.

To unprotect the workpage go to tools, then protection and type in based.

To unprotect the sheet type in abre.

These are not the actual passwords, but are sometimes accepted by excell (depending upon the version).
