Hi All,
I am mounting a rectangular structure(115 lb)on the underbody of a commercial truck and need to isolate the vibrations being transferred from the truck while driving; The truck produces a low random vibration (1-15 Hz). I have been exploring options such as visco-elastic rubbers, and seeing if there's a product more "high-end" as far as actively correcting for any vertical displacement. Such as actuators. But I have not found a product off-the-shelf so far...
Any recommendations (companies, products.. ect) or guidance as to what would be best for isolating vibrations as much as possible? As expensive as the options might be!
The isolation could be either from below or above (hung).
