Vibration on Air Atlas Copco compressor

Dears All good day,

we have Atlas air compressor ZR 500 , the second stage has quit high vibration as per attached report, could these compressor go in high vibration , is the readings in the report accepted?.

It would be nice to look at a spectrum for both the full load and low load condition to identify dominant vibration frequencies. Measurement of high frequency vibrations are difficult to measure and compare to available criteria. I assume this is a dry compressor with timing gears and possibly anti-friction bearings. Has you identified the pulsation harmonics, gear tooth harmonics and possible bearing fault frequencies in your data. If you have not, then how can you say it is okay to run or not?
