View orientation

Do anybody know a way to choose the default orientation of a view ?

Because, in a rotated a view all the center lines/axis/2 component are coming in the former orientation.
It could be usefull to get these in the sheet orientation.

Hi,

I do not understand your question completly but have a look at view / named views. then select front view and properties.

This will define a CATStandardViewSetting.CATSettings file.

In fact, I've found the parameter to be modified :


drafting/layout/auxiliary and section views orientation according to profile

It is modifying the default orientation for the auxiliary views.
