For a minute, I thought, what's this? Punishment by enclosure in a small car?

I didn't see any jail or personal fines levied in the article, the bad actors and lookers the other ways won't have legal accountability for their actions. If they employee who came forward to the EPA is found out i'd be surprised if he works in the field again. I don't think this will sufficiently deter corporations in the future. Exxon fought a propaganda war against global warming science for 60 years, the news comes out, and the CEO gets to be secretary of state. At least the mask is off.
