I suggest you search in or post in the water supply and distribution forum.

Often local juristictions and water supply companies have their own very particular requirements which can vary a lot as to what is and isn't permitted.

Organisations such as AWWA and UK water have many such publications, training and seminars.

Companies such as pipe suppliers often have detailed technical guides for pipe sizing and use.

Your country will have a wide variety of standards and specifications issued by the government standards organisations. try searching for those or getting those from your company

Do you have no training / guidance or are you a student?

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Hello sir,
Thanks for your response.
I'm working as a employee on BIM MEP company, Basically our Works Starts after contract document being released.
We work mainly on US and UK based projects.

We are about to move in designing.
& I have a basic knowledge about designing. But not throughout. I search many on internet but got nothing satisfactory.

So, looking for a reference which can give me a complete guide on it.

Thanks & Regards

For potable water systems the rules of AWWA, NSF, WQA, and even CDC and EPA may apply.
This is a big subject

I'd hire a consultant specializing in this field or hire another engineer who has significance experience in it. That will be cheaper and with less problems as the jobs go.. Not doing that is a good way to end up in court with a mistake due to inexperience.

#EDSTainless & #Oldestguy thanks for your responses.

@Oldestguy, You are right. But, I'm not starting any work right now... I'm just trying to getting it by self research and asking suggestion to get it properly.

Thanks & Regards

Broad topic, as noted.
I read "water supply" and I'm thinking water plants, wells, treatment, etc. If that's your interest, I'd suggest perusing the various short courses available at ASCE.
Or, water piping design in buildings, peruse the various short courses available at ASME.
Or, water piping in houses, I think is more just a plumbing issue, not a design issue per se.
