I have two major Questions:
1) what is the function of Zone? I am using a three pipe template to learn WaterCAD, I changed the zone for a junction, it did not change the modeling results. does that mean WaterCAD only use zone to label the junctions? also, why pipe has no Zone information?
2) I am learing an existing dynamic model, a junction have a 24 hour demand pattern, with 10 am has the maximum demand, 3 am has the minimum demand, the previous modeler set up a static scenario for maximum demand, which is a snapshot for the 10 am demand, by runing the static scenario, you know exactly what happen at 10 am, like tank level at 10 ft above tank bottom, pump-1 is off. how to set up a snapshot for the dynamic model for each hour?
