Is there any way I can store nodal solution data (like displacemnt, temperature, etc..at certain nodes) at every substep into an array or a matrix just like *GET command does for every load step?

I tried OUTRES command but I could only retrieve the results manually (using GUI). There should be some other way when you think of many substeps.

What's the magic command I'm missing here?

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

I think, the most elegant way is to do it in the time processor (post26).

For example you define a node in a variable ND1 and get the results over time with the command NSOL in the variable 2:

/post26
nsol,2,ND1,...

Then you can fill a vector with this results using the command VGET:

*dim,results_nd1,array,number_of_results
vget,results_nd1,2

If you have more nodal results to store the define a matrix instead of vector an repeat the step above.

Regards,
Alex

vget,

That's the magic command. :) Thank you very much!
