Hello,
I've never used Pipes with A53 Gr.B Steel for structural purposes, only A500, but a cliente has a supplier who sells these Pipes and he wants to use It.
I saw that the AISC Spec. considers A53 Gr.B as one of the HSS approved steels. My question is if there are some restrictions to welding of this material. Since it's a steel more appropriate for fluid conduction, i'm not well aware and am afraid to specify some inadequate weld process.
Thanks in advance.
