Welding on SS and NACE MR0175

Dear all, I have a question about welding on austenitic stainless steel according to NACE MR0175. In the PQR, do I need to demonstrate that the hardness meets the requirements?
Does the PQR need specific tests to comply with NACE, or is austenitic stainless steel implicitly compliant?

best regards,

Do you mean NACE MR0175, Part 3? Yes, see Part 3, Annex A.2.3.
Yes i meas the Annex A.2.3.
if i read the ANNEX A that meas:
"Subject to A.1.2, A.1.3, A.1.4, and A.1.5 below, the CRAs and other alloys listed in Table A.1 to Table A.42 may be used without further testing for SSC, SCC, and GHSC cracking-resistance within the environmental limits shown."

If I use the materials listed in the tables, can I avoid additional testing? Is the hardness test included?

I feel you are confused. Annex A typically gives you a list of CRA materials with acceptable metallurgical conditions and environmental limits.
Selection of parent material and qualifying the weld are two different aspects.
When you write a WPS/PQR, you will need to provide the evidence demonstrating satisfactory cracking resistance under the given application.
Three Qualification options are given. One of the options is based on hardness. Read para 6.2.2.
