Welding seminar

Can anyone suggest a good welding seminar? Looking for one that is not too basic. Something a little deeper (welding metallurgy, controlling dilution during overlay, optimizing toughness, controlling hardness in chrome, etc.)

Already been there. Unless I missed something, didn't seem like anything was a match. I'm looking for more technical, less hands-on.
