What little I see looks like a check valve with manual push-to-open operator.

Broadly concur with Ted - with the extra thought that that might be a pilot (to open) line coming in at bottom left (conventionally, I'd expect to see that drawn dotted and diagonal)

Check valve pilot operated with manual override.
This symbol doesn't match ISO 1219 but I often meet it at the drawings.
