I realize this question is somewhat customer-specific, but what are people seeing a lot of customers using?
24 V DC?
48 V DC?
125 V DC?
250 V DC?
Other?

Check the applicable standards.
IEC 61439 (-2, I think) for low voltage switchgear
IEC 62271 (-2 as well, I believe) for high voltage switchgear.

You will likely find that the at some output level, the control power voltage value changes.

we have a lot of German equipment on site:

LV control- 24V DC
HV control-110V DC with battery back up (10x 12V batteries)
