What type of OEM electrical screw is this?

It is 1/4 inch in diameter. What type of screw is this and what driver is required to remove it? Thank you much.

Looks like a candidate to become a straight slotted head after a visit from the thin cutoff wheel fairy.
 
I thought so at first, but the tri-groove have grooves down the sides of a cone which don't meet in the middle. If a tri-groove socket works, a Dremel will work faster.

Probably a competitor who didn't get a toe hold on the market and is gone or such a narrow specialty use that few others use it.
 
A quick visit to McMaster.com shows it most resembles a "Tri-Wing® Rounded Head Screw for Sheet Metal".
 
Are you sure it is a screw and not a swaged rivet?
