Hi all, the first day in intership, got this big research work. I was asked to look for the standards in HVAC design in Turkey. Who can help? Where can I find any?

Thank you!

There's this thing called the internet. It's got lots of information.

Even cooler, there are things called search engines that help you find the specific thing you are looking for out of all that information out on the internet.

Took me less than 3 minutes to find a pretty damn good place for exactly what you are asking for.

First of all, you don't need to assult me to show you can. Second, if you find something why don't you post to help. I thought that the purpose of this forum.

Because you've provided no evidence that you've tried anything at all on your own.

Your first post makes you appear lazy and inept. Both of those are undesirable traits.

Eng-Tips is here to help engineers with specific technical issues. Not to do Google searches for you!

However, I don't agree. How do you know I'm not doing search as the same time? I'm just trying to use all the means to finish work as soon as possible. If you don't want to help, it's fine. Don't have to be so judgemental. And I don't want to continue any conversation with you anymore.

For climate design information for different locations in Turkey look in the ASHRAE handbook.

As far as for the pissing match you might want to consider that email posts can be impersonal and because you cannot hear voice inflections or see facial expressions an email can be taken the wrong way

You won't get far with this attitude!

I totally agree with SAK9. It is not about how smart you are or how fast you can do the work. Working in the real world requires people skills
