Hello,
Can anyone help?
I need to make, urgently, a study for the aerodynamics of an aerial-drone that I am designing and I must use a Raspberry 3 b+ and I am looking for a solution regarding the free CFD software to use.
I attempted to install through apt-get install and try OpenFoam but the Paraview can not run because the Raspberry (under Bullseye) supports only OpenGL Version: 2.1 Mesa 23.2.1-1~bpo12+rpt3, while the Paraview demands OpenGL Version 3.something.
Also, I was advised to use paraview with certain parameters:
paraview --mesa --backend-llvmpipe
by which, the paraview would make use of its embedded OpenGL libraries.
However, I checked (paraview -h) the existing parameters of the specific version that I installed (5.11.0) and there were no such parameters.
Therefore,
1. Is there any working and effective solution for free CFD software to use in my Raspberry?
2. If yes, and there are more than one solutions, then, which one is the best (mostly I need to calculate the drag and lift of the aerodynamic shape of my design and the various temperatures - Mach 7+ air-breathing, Liquid-Hydrogen fuel)?
3. If yes, from all the many ways of installing this software to Raspberry, which is the suitable version of Raspbian? And which is the right method to install it on my Raspberry?
Regards
