why I can't move F (feed rate) comand?

I want to put the F (feed rate) comand after DR-.

I move it but it dosen't place where I want, the white place simbol it dosen´t appear.

I don't know why.

I attach a photo.

I am using postbuilder NX 6.0.2.8

Click on "Program and Toolpath" and then "Word Sequencing".
Sounds like you have a Heidenhain controller. Me too.
