Does ETABS take into effect the "Full & Partial Loadings" (Figure 6-9) of ASCE 7-98 with regards to wind loads? I am aware of the wind pressure coefficient but how does one apply all the different wind conditions required with this code???? Thanks in advance!

ETABS v8.x does not calculate the partial/torsional loading cases.

I normally create user defined wind loading cases. For these cases, I calculate the total resultant force magnitude and location per Figure 6-9 and then translate this force to the center of pressure thus obtaining a force and torque component. I then apply this force and torque as user defined wind loads at the center of pressure and create my own loading combinations.

ETABs v9.0 is supposed to do this automatically but I am not aware of its exact release date.
