XM-19 (UNS20910 HS) Round Bar

Hi Friends,

I have a query. Is it possible to have the below properties in a Xm-19 Bar ?

YS ≥ 850 Mpa
TS ≥ 1000 Mpa
Kv ≥ 45 (196°C)

In case the bar is strain hardened, the required Kv properties would not be achievable ?
