Yield Derating table simialr to ASME Sec. II-D ?

Please pardon me for an unclear qustion.

Does ASTM have anyting that is similar to ASME II-D, but for yield values ?

Could you please explain the numbers 1 - 9 in the material pointer ( PYS) column ? You could also only provide me the page number that explains those numbers.

I am trying to find out if there is a list of materials, yield derated against temperature, that is applicable to ASME B31.4/B31.8.
841.11 (a) lists a general formula of design pressure. The temperature derating factor is obtained per 841.116A

This has also aroused another question in my mind.

IS B31.4/B31.8 limited to 450'F at the higher temperature ???
