B7 falls under A193, minimum yield stress is 105 ksi ( 2 1/4" diameter and less)

HY 150 adhesive no longer exists. It was replaced with HY 200.

The B7 refers to ASTM A193 Grade B7

Does it really matter? With proprietary anchors, the capacity and a number of other factors are important, but the yield stress of the steel is not a big issue.

Check the ICC report for anchor rod steel Fy and Fu. Those values should all be listed there. Those values are usually not of interest to engineers designing an anchorage because the concrete bond and concrete itself will typically fail long before the steel rods do.
