Hi,
We are using a teflon & silicone lubricated acetal and are experiencing issues with the teflon plating out onto the tool. The molders need to clean the tool every 8hrs to keep the parts in spec. We've tried alternate materials but have found that we really need the teflon to meet our performance specs. Is there anything else we can try to either reduce the amount of plate out or increase the time between cleanings?
Thanks.
