All present and funtional in NX 11.

Replace Face should work the best, but if it is a dumb solid (unparametrized) then Optimize Face will work nicely.

If I guess, the question is:
"where did the very-very-very old face edit commands from Unigraphics go in newer of versions of NX ?"
Somewhere along the timeline they were most probably replaced by the so called "direct modeling" toolset, you should find features which can do the same and more.
