Hi, I'm trying to determine a suitable wind load that's acting on a wall within a "pocket" of a building. See image attached. As noted in the image, the pocket does not have a roof on it so the walls within the pocket will experience some suction. Could I simply set the suction load on the wall to equal the suction on the roof at this location? Or is there some guidance out there on how this can be more accurately determined?
The design standard I'm using is ASCE 7-16.

Thanks!

I would go with the same coeff. with flat roof but reduce as per solidity ratio of the walls . Can you give some clue regarding the dims of bldg and pockets ?

Use it up, wear it out;
Make it do, or do without.
