In properties it shows old name. Is there anyway to keep that updated as we rename components by replacing? Or am I using a wrong method to rename child parts in NX assembly? I am using NX 9.0.2

In NX assembly, I renamed one component by replacing it. Steps I followed as described below:
1. Right click on part need to be renamed in Assembly Navigator, Close > Part.
2. Rename the component in folder.

Which version you are using? In NX9.0 it exports to white background automatically if you use Translator option (NOT the File>>Export>>AutoCAD dxf/dwg option). And I don't think there is any color change option (Like in PDF export) in AutoCAD dxf/dwg export.
Any suggestions on this fellow NX users?
I've got one additional problem like whenever I translate a drafting file (Using File>>Export>>AutoCAD DXF/DWG) with two or more drawing sheets it export the first sheet every time even though the active sheet may be second or third one.

I just upgraded to NX9.0 from NX8.0 and could not fine "Create Component Array" there. Instead, there was "Pattern Component" which I tried to use. I was able to complete one circular component array with out any warnings, but once I complete the command, I could not find patterned...
Yeah tried that way too. It creates two files as "filename_MODEL.dwg" (which contains a 3D model of the file) and "filename.dwg" (which contains 2D drawing under Layout tab).
And in NX 9.0 dxf/dwg convertion is moved from 2D Exchange to AutoCAD DXF/DWG option.

Are you doing drafting in same part file? Then please move all the datums into one layer by Format>>Move To Layer.
Then in drafting, go to Format>>Layer Visible in View then make that layer in-visible in the views.
