If you mean pre-processor as NX, it is not polygonal, it is circular in NX before I import it. As far as I know there are no controls in the geometry Interface of NX-Ansys.

Our volume server is at a remote location so we also have 40 to 60 ms ping to volume server.

1. It happens for all displayed parts in NX Managed. It works in a native assembly. I suppose the error is somewhere in our TC config.
