Yes, it will definitely have uplift. I saw a moveable canopy at a driving range that had been flipped over during a wind storm. Apparently the manufacturer had been making these for about 50 years, and this one was the 2nd one to flip over.
I'm trying to get some clarification on the design of diaphragm collector elements that are interior to a building (ie - deck on both sides) for a frame.
