Make sure your running one of the Win 7's Aero Themes. Not using Aero can cause patchy graphic distortion when zooming... especially with the mouse scroll wheel.
My all time favorite metal reference is a Jorgensen Steel & Aluminum Reference Book for identifying basic material properties and stock sizes. It's an excellent guide for the design engineer that only needs basic material properties, application uses and available raw material sizes.
I ended up deselecting "Use Software OpenGL" and RealView came back. My drivers are not the latest according to the SW website, but if it's not broken and works for what I am doing why change.
I just updated SW07 from 0.0 to 2.2 and now RealView is grayed out. Any suggestions on a cause and/or remedy? The video is a Quadro FX 550. Perhaps there is simple solution to a setting that I am not aware of since this the first video card that I have used that supports RealView.
In general trailing zero's are removed with metric dimensioning. For machined parts for example, a standard tolerance of .1mm (.004") can be applied to all dimensions unless otherwise noted. Other tolerances are noted on an individual basis that correlate to the function of the feature.
Here is a link for Schedule 40 fittings. But you have to reference the proper ASTM spec for PVC Schedule 40.

Hope this helps...at least you will have the base CAD models.
I am designing a spool valve using acrylic for the manifold
housing. There are also fluid pathways grooved in the acrylic that are somewhat complex. So the manifold housing is made from sections.

Thanks for everyone's input.
But this what finally worked for me.
I created the 160x96 rectangular sketch and rotated the sketch in 3 degree increments with 15mm increments spacing up to 60 mm that resulted with the final 12 degrees. Than added "curve through reference points" on each corner...
I need suggestions on modeling a twist in a rectangular cross section.
The aluminum casting cross section is 160mm x 96mm x 10mm wall and the twist length is about 60mm. The twist angle is 12 degrees.
After my Cobra ran out at $213/month, I switched to Unicare at $125/month with a $2000 deductable and 4 office visits a year with a $10 copay. It's not available in all states, but here is a link that may help locating affordable insurance.

I have a Radeon 9700 and running in OpenGL. And never had a problem. Often I have thought about replacing the video card with a low end Quadro FX 500 or a FireGL T2-128, but in the end this card works just fine.
The last time I needed a bearing with hex ID, I ended up machining an insert that was broached with a hex profle and pressed into the bearings ID. Not only was this method cost effective, but you also have ample selection of stock bearings to choose from.
I have designed several servo presses. These were to replace an older hydraulic press design.
There are many positives of using a servo over hydraulics/pnuematics. But the negatives are cost and the mechanicals and controls are more complex. Depending on the design of the press, the stroke can...
