    I just did a test with exporting parasolid out / importing parasolid and the colors do infact translate proper.

    I tested it on another part, it's selecting or deselecting, after the region has been made and under editing it. Seemed it took less time, Boundary faces selected counted 200+ with a delay of selection/deselection of about 9 - 15 seconds. This isn't an issue when creating, only upon edit and...

    Cloning assemblies

    Just an FYI, my assemblies are very simular in structure, excluding job number, geometry, so i have created a "blank" assembly with job number 0000. When i start a new job, I will clone this assembly with renameing the 0000 to <new job #>. Saves abit of time, and keeps prt based settings staic.

    This does not occur with a small part, a small set of boundary faces. I was testing on a part with 90+ boundary faces.

    I'm testing out Nx8, and i have noticed that if you have a linked region already established, edit and rollback to select a missing boundary face, it takes a significant amount of time selecting that one face to the boundary, 20 seconds or more. NX 7.5 highlights a new face immediately.
