Did you type in the command? I believe it's "rectang". If that doesn't work. Then it sounds like the lisp might be corrupt or missing. Copy it from someone else's machine and overwrite it on your machine OR re-install AutoCAD 2002. Hope that helps . Rich@LG (Architect)

I know this is an old thread but here it goes anyway. I recall reading somewhere that arcs and circles in MicorStation won't translate well to AutoCAD. So I would guess that your shape has some form of curve or spline and that's what missing? I'm guessing? Otherwise, I wouldn't see why 3D MAX...

Dude, I know this is an old thread ... but In AutoCAd ... Have you tried to "BURST" everything 3 times? "PURGE" the file 3 times too before exiting. This should drop everything in AutoCAD and make it an easier import for you. Hope this helps anyone out there... RICH@LG...

Have you tried to "Compress" the DGN file? I've had that problem once or twice ... Also try using "print/plot"... could be that IPLOT settings were change do to some maintenance on your server. If it plots fine using the native plot than it could be IPLOT itself. Later...

Dude, have you tried to just rotate in top view? Use the power selector and click the rotate icon AND ... Then snap to the Center of your object... That should do the trick ... Otherwise? I believe you have to draw construction lines to rotate at the center point or base point you're after...
