    williwang I know that neglecting material transformation is not good idea but It is nessecary in this case. TGS4 my main question is about convection parameter. How to calculate it during quenching process (it depends on temperature value)?

    You can check total volume (mass) of a model (or instances) using infrmation module (I'm not sure of name of that command) in mesh module. Sience abaqus 6.7 EF you have possibility to check model parameters by checking mesh.
