SolidWorks is a neat little program, but if you are trying to get into some robust models with intricate detail and many parts, Pro/E is your best bet. The price factor is a huge one with most companies. If price is the main concern.....go with SolidWorks.(:I Pro/E.......the only way to draw!

What exactly did you tweak? It looks a little like you would have to go through the mapkey and make sure everything was properly written. CADFix is probably the way to go here. So far i have found nothing it has had any trouble healing into a solid. I have tried the old, fix it yourself thing and CADFix is the stuff if you are looking for speed. (:I Pro/E.......the only way to draw!

I agree with checking the manager feature. Pick it, it is in the middle on top and purge all the commands. We had that problem here and there were people with hundreds of commands in memory. Hope this helps. (:I Pro/E.......the only way to draw!

I found the problem with my trail files. I had to take the extensions off of the file for it to recognize the file. Hope this helps someone else.
