Hi, I don't know if someone could elaborate, I am trying to fit a plane to the red painted faces in the image. In "real world" they're all on the same plane. Now, using fit surface, I've chosen color coded region and then the red, the issue I get is it creates six separate planes to each hole...

I have not seen tube_finish? I'm currently using variable contour (4 axis machine) with tool axis toward line and surface area drive method. Going by the name, tube finish sounds ideal for the job, could you point me in the right direction in using it?

You could sketch in a trim boundary and do two operations?
Draw the area you'd like to machine, go back into manufacturing, back to your operation and select "Specify Trim Boundaries", trim the outside. then run a conventional "Follow Part" on the rest.
