we need to create a new user defined symbol with the name of an existing symbol. We created the .sbf file and dropped it in the UGII folder. We still get the old symbol. Any way to clean out NX cache or whatever is causing this?

Ewh and Toost are the winners. It was the Loaded Parts selection in the Base View tool. I never change the loaded part of a new view, so i didnt think about it. That tool has caused us major issues, so our company does not allow its use. Thanks
