    Many errors here: 1. Heavy section at base of stud and around hole. Revise to constant wall. 2. .004 interferance out of .09375 is too much. 3. 3 degrees is way too much. Consider 1/2 degree. 4.Fits like this will invariably fail over time due to relaxation. Use solvent bonding instead.

    The fixture is simple. I spent $2.31 for some wood and used an electric stapler that was on hand. I hacked it on my kitchen table. Took most of a day. Works a dream!

    Gentlemen: Thanks for your replies. But I should have written that the point of this exercise is not to save labor. It is to: ASSURE QUALITY. I want to have all the headers going on straight, no twisted bags, etc. Does this thought change your answers?

    The specific speed is wrong for a centfugal. Available power is many times what is needed. A tiny piston pump with a leather or O-ring piston seal should work. Simple and effective!

    The type of pump to use depends heavily on the head that needs to be developed, the flow, and the rpm. In short: Specific Speed.
