Cantilever CIP Retaining Wall Software

Can anybody recommend a decent and reputable software package to use for designing CIP cantilever retaining walls? I need the ability to design per various design guidelines and codes, model special loading conditions, and chose alternate rebar options and configurations. Thanks.

    Pressure Diagrams (Lagging)

This is an interesting topic. I often struggle with lateral earth pressure assumptions for permanent cantilever soldier pile walls using precast concrete lagging panels. As I understand it, the sliding wedge method and other similar models that allow a reduction in lateral earth pressure on...

Wind Loads on Soundwalls - AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications (2013)

Thank you very much. As I suspected, this confirms to use z=30' for wall heights <= 30'.

Lateral RW pressures for UDL & Point loads

I meant Ko (not Kp). Ko would be appropriate for non-yielding walls under this approach. How do you edit posts here?

Lateral RW pressures for UDL & Point loads

For uniformly distributed surcharge loads you could use a Rankine approach using either Ka or Kp. For example, p = q x Ka

Wind Loads on Soundwalls - AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications (2013)

It's unclear to me as to how to compute wind loads on soundwalls per the above-referenced AASHTO, specifically for wall heights less than 30 feet. Section 3.8 provides equation 3.8.1.1-1 for calculating Vdz to then use in equation 3.8.1.2.1-1 to calculate the design wind pressure (also...
