    Edge finding function on Mitsubishi

Try this. Load the progams into the Mits_Do_Not_Touch or Subprogram Folder. You'll then need to add the G253AxxBxxIxxJxxTxx line in your program. Read the manual well.https://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=20bd5790-eeba-4135-8255-558c94cfc61b&file=9505.NC

    What is this error?

Attached is the factory condition for this specific material. Make sure your condition at the machine is the same as this. If you still get the errors go to page 3 of your condition screen and turn OFF DR...

    What is this error?

DR Control Alarm means a condition feedrate, power, frequency or duty is out of range to effectively modulate the power. Looking at your picture, Condition Line 6 is almost uses the same power as condition 7. Power on condition 6 should be 2200 Watts. DRC means Dross Reduction Control...

    How to continue?

Your best bet is to write down what part number you're stopping at and put a GOTO command to skip to that part. M66 G90G92X0Y0 GOTO10 (start at part number 10 if it's a nest) N1G52X0.25Y0.25 M98P8002 N10G52X0.25Y15.0 M98P8002

10mm stainless steel I NEED HELP TO IMPROVE CUT!!!

Do you have PGC ON? Can you check either page 2 or 3 of your condition screen to see if you have it? If you do have PGC what is the value? What about running the holes with the same condition as the outside?

    P00153 I.F ERROR

Basically you have an interference error and likely it's on cutting/etching the letters. This happens when you have small line segments that are smaller than your offset. For instance, you have a small line of 0.002" and your offsets are all set to 0.004" (SET-CUTTER-COMP) #2001=.004(D01)...

    Water conductivity

If you run the machine everyday you wouldn't get the error/warning. You would only get this on Monday morning when the chiller has sat OFF for a period of 48 hours or more.

    Etching / engraving

Make sure your marking condition has the right bits on for marking under ADD FUNC they should be 00101100 In your program make sure you select the condition you set up for etching. For example Condition 4 G0G40XxxYxx M98P9008 (this is the etching program) #501=104 (marking condition) G1XxxYxx...

    Water conductivity

Those LVPs used a Thermal Care Chiller which has a pre-filter cartridge that needs to be replaced every 3-4 months and it also has a DI unit with a resin sock that needs to be replaced once a year. Lots of customers forget to do this basic maintenance on their chillers. I would contact the...

    Line number sequences

There is an option in the MetaCAM post to omit line sequence numbers. When you get ready to generate the NC a window will pop up with options. Also, the NC Code may be too large for the CNC to handle(LV Series had a 1 Mb capacity). I can help if you wish to share your DXF file and generate a...

Cutting conditions for 1/4 aluminum for Amada FO 3015 NT

No matter what you do you will have burr on that thickness of aluminum on any CO2 Laser. The goal is to minimize it because you won't get rid off it. I would say try using a double nozzle if you have one, or better yet, try to cut it with shopair if you have the pressure and the volume.
