    Thanks Jacob Cheverie (Aerospace), for your effort...!! So, TGC for A will be Ø16.56+0.15 = Ø16.71. & "A" can rotate/Translate, when its value is less or equal to Ø16.56 (MMB) to place the Hole. Is my understanding correct?
